Pricing
Ethen pricing depends on plan, usage, provider path, and agreement type. This page explains packaging direction and billing boundaries—including BYOK provider charges—without inventing unverified rate cards or trial promises.
Pricing overview
Ethen commercial packaging is designed to separate workspace access, platform usage, and customer-managed provider spend where BYOK is enabled. Exact rates are communicated through product checkout, invoices, or enterprise agreements rather than implied by marketing copy alone.
1. What you may pay for
Depending on plan, customers may pay for workspace access, seats, platform usage, premium features, support tiers, or professional services. Not every component applies to every customer. Model inference costs may be included, metered, or passed through via BYOK. Read plan details carefully before enabling high-volume automation. Taxes and payment-processor fees may apply.
- Components vary by plan.
- Model costs may be included or BYOK-passed.
- Taxes may apply.
2. BYOK billing boundary
With BYOK, provider usage is typically billed by the provider to the customer’s provider account. Upcube invoices do not automatically include or refund those provider charges. Teams should set provider-side budgets and key restrictions to avoid surprise spend. See BYOK Data Handling for operational detail.
- Provider invoices are separate under BYOK.
- Set provider budgets where available.
- Key hygiene affects spend risk.
3. Credits, trials, and promotions
Credits or promotions, if offered, will state eligibility and expiration in the offer terms. This page does not invent a universal free trial. Unused promotional credits may expire. Abuse of promotions may lead to removal of credits. Enterprise evaluations may use custom pilot terms.
- Promotions follow their stated terms.
- No universal trial is claimed here.
- Enterprise pilots are negotiated.
4. Enterprise packaging
Enterprises may need custom security review, support, or commercial terms. Contact sales for packaging that matches admin, procurement, and rollout requirements.
